BIM Management Assistance

Often firms desire a BIM expert to partake in regular management decisions. Members of BIM Coalition have the directly related experience necessary to fill this void as necessary. Attending regular management meetings would not be out of the question and could greatly help the transition to Revit. In addition to regular management meetings, BIM Coalition can also provide input for items such as RFPs and contracts. We also have the experience and ability to oversee (not replace) your IT consultants if necessary to alleviate other management individuals from a great deal of this task.
